On the occasion that I have to work in Xcode, I want my code not to burn my eyes out. Preferably, it would look like a theme in what has recently become my favorite text editor: TextMate. Xcode has a bunch of (IMHO) irritating themes, with the default being a glaring white.

So here's my version of the Cobalt color theme from TextMate, which I think is perfect. I made this by basically copying the colors from TextMate directly into Xcode, but I have to admit that I may have stopped copying when I got to the more obscure syntax rules (I will never ever look at a diff in Xcode). If you have improvements, send them to me and I'll update this.
